Paul Brooks is the General Manager of Climatic Air Conditioning, a Geelong-based residential and commercial HVAC business.
He leads the business across operations, people and customer experience, with a strong focus on practical service delivery, team development and building long-term customer relationships.
Paul has spent more than a decade living and working in Geelong and has a particular interest in energy efficiency, electrification, reverse-cycle heating and heat-pump technology.
His leadership approach is practical and collaborative, with an emphasis on listening to customers, supporting the team and making recommendations based on what will genuinely work for the property and the people using it.
